Rugby Ethos visited the 28th Annual Tri-Tri Rugby 7s Tournament down in San Luis Obispo, CA. Brilliant sunshine, soft field and plentiful beverages awaited those who make the trek – along with the Central Coast’s famous Tri-Tip….and afterward nightlife in a college town – Rugby Bliss!
